Spacious rooms and attentive service
My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this hotel, where the spacious room had ample space for our baby cot and double buggy. A lovely pool view that enhanced our mornings. The food at breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly made omelettes alongside a variety of options that satisfied everyone's tastes. The staff went above and beyond, especially as they extended our checkout time with a complimentary courtesy room, making our departure less stressful. the evening entertainment could use more variety to avoid repetition.

all-inclusive package with premium drinks, well-designed restaurant area, outdoor entertainment during the day
Management needs to tackle the sunbed reservation chaos!!! The evening noise from entertainment is far too loud!!! It's absurd to deal with language issues when ordering at the pool bar!!!

great amenities but some dining could improve
The swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for children. We enjoyed the water slides, which added excitement to our stay. The location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Our room had a lovely pool view that made our mornings brighter.
Sometimes the dining options felt a bit repetitive.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, all well-maintained and warm, making them ideal for kids. The evening entertainment varied daily, with engaging activities suitable for all ages, adding a nice touch to our stay.
The buffet dining options seemed a bit repetitive day to day, with some options frequently lukewarm, which can be a deal-breaker for some. Room cleaning was hit or miss. We found under-bed areas weren't cleaned properly during our week-long visit, and the walls definitely needed more attention. Being near the lifts meant constant noise, especially at night when trying to sleep. The layout of the common areas can be a bit cramped during peak hours. Finally, the entertainment volume at night was a bit over the top, which might disrupt your relaxation time while trying to wind down.

I recently enjoyed a lovely week in a Superior Family Room at this hotel. The pools were warm and well-maintained, making them great for kids. The food at breakfast had a wide selection, from freshly made omelettes to tasty bacon and well-seasoned tomatoes. the lunch and dinner options often lacked flavor. some dishes were really bland, like the soups. Service at the bar could be slow, especially during busy times, and it was frustrating having to wait for drinks. I had an issue with the room keycard policy at the pool bar. my wife was refused service once even though she had the all-inclusive wristband, which left us feeling annoyed. The cleanliness of our room was somewhat inconsistent, with areas like under the bedside tables being missed during cleaning. the noise from the lifts at night can be disruptive. the staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance, and the entertainment programs were engaging for the kids. The hotel also has great proximity to shops and restaurants nearby, which added convenience. the stay was enjoyable, despite some hiccups.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pools were great, and the kids had a blast in the dedicated play areas. We enjoyed live shows while having drinks near the bar. The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. A good spot if you’re looking for some fun activities.
One downside was that I had issues with getting my deposit back at checkout since no one was at the reception when I left early in the morning.

Tenerife sun and good vibes ☀️🌴
Rooms were neat and clean, really loved the fresh paint smell. Had lekker brekkie with hot food from the start, and the bar staff were just so friendly, always smiling. Loved the lively entertainment, especially the White Party – wow, those acrobatics were something else!

Great spot for families!
Just spent a week here with the fam. The staff were super nice and they really tried to make everyone happy. Loved the bar area. we enjoyed some tasty drinks while the kids were entertained. Only bummer was parking. it fills up fast in the afternoon. But overall, we had a blast!

Family with children escapade
The kids loved the mini disco every night, and the staff were always friendly, making us feel welcome. We had fresh omelettes each morning for breakfast, which kept us fueled for all the activities.
It wasn't cheap, but given the range of amenities, it was still manageable.
